O Coworking é parte da comunidade SofTown, uma aceleradora de pequenos negócios e empreendedorismo em um empreendimento misto composto por áreas de trabalho, espaço de evento, salas de reunião e bar.
Para criar um ambiente imersivo e cenográfico que se afaste do contexto industrial do bairro em que o projeto está localizado, o tijolinho é empregado com protagonismo nas primeiras áreas de convívio e circulação, à semelhança dos galpões industriais convertidos em usos comerciais em cidades como Nova York e Londres, assim como a estrutura metálica aparente nas coberturas e as amplas esquadrias em ferro e vidro.

Sof.Town Coworking (2023)
The Coworking space is part of the SofTown community, an accelerator for small businesses and entrepreneurship within a mixed development comprising work areas, event space, meeting rooms, and a bar.
To create an immersive and scenographic environment that diverges from the industrial context of the neighborhood where the project is located, brickwork is prominently featured in the initial social areas and circulation spaces, reminiscent of industrial warehouses converted into commercial uses in cities like New York and London. Additionally, exposed metal structures on the roofs and large iron and glass windows are employed.
