Menção honrosa no concurso de requalificação do centro de Juiz de Fora e arredores do mercado central e centro cultural Bernardo Mascarenhas, através do redesenho do traçado viário, criação de praça com opções de gastronomia e vida noturna e da requalificação dos edifícios históricos onde se localizam o centro cultural, biblioteca, mercado municipal e secretaria de educação municipal. A sede da secretaria de educação é realocada para um novo edifício sobre pilotis, com modulação estrutural e materiais à semelhança da edificação histórica existente, liberando espaço para expansão do centro cultural e biblioteca.

Honorable mention in the competition for the revitalization of downtown Juiz de Fora and the surroundings of the central market and the Bernardo Mascarenhas Cultural Center, through the redesign of the road layout, creation of a square with options for gastronomy and nightlife, and the revitalization of the historic buildings housing the cultural center, library, municipal market, and municipal education secretariat.
The headquarters of the education secretariat is relocated to a new building on stilts, with structural modulation and materials similar to those of the existing historic building, freeing up space for the expansion of the cultural center and library.
