Edifício residencial/uso misto localizado no bairro do Batel em Curitiba, rua Cândido Xavier. Proposta para o concurso 2º Aberto Weefor. Uma torre residencial na esquina e um edíficio em lâmina nos fundos do terreno são conectados pelo volume central de circulação vertical, abrigando apartamentos de 90 a 120m² em dois ou três quartos, com comércio e áreas de lazer no térreo.

120 Cândido Xavier Street Building (2022)
Residential/mixed-use building located in the Batel neighborhood in Curitiba, at Cândido Xavier Street. Proposal for the 2nd Open Weefor competition. A residential tower on the corner and a slab building at the back of the plot are connected by the central volume of vertical circulation, housing apartments ranging from 90 to 120m² with two or three bedrooms, along with commercial spaces and leisure areas on the ground floor.
