Localizado na Asa Norte, em Brasília, este apartamento de aproximadamente 70 metros quadrados passou por uma reforma completa que reorganizou sua área social. A cozinha foi integrada à sala para formar um amplo núcleo de convivência, marcado pela presença de uma ilha central que funciona como bancada e elemento de transição entre os ambientes. A ampliação da cozinha se tornou possível com o remanejamento da lavanderia, antes localizada em um antigo quarto de serviço, permitindo maior continuidade espacial. A nova disposição é reforçada por um pórtico que define o volume da cozinha sem interromper a integração visual.
Nos dormitórios, a reforma se concentrou em marcenaria, iluminação, mobiliário e decoração, adequando cada espaço às necessidades dos moradores. Um dos quartos foi configurado como escritório e quarto de hóspedes, enquanto o outro se consolidou como suíte master, com melhorias funcionais e estética renovada. O banheiro social e o banheiro da suíte também passaram por atualização completa, alinhando materiais, cores e equipamentos à proposta geral do projeto, que prioriza praticidade e unidade visual em todos os ambientes.

Areia Apartment (2025)
Located in Asa Norte, Brasília, this 70-square-meter apartment underwent a full renovation that reorganized its social areas. The kitchen was integrated into the living room to create a larger shared space, centered around a generous island that serves as both a work surface and a transition element between the two areas. The kitchen expansion was made possible by relocating the former laundry room to what used to be the service bedroom, allowing the space to open and flow more continuously. This new arrangement is reinforced by a built-in portal that frames the kitchen volume without interrupting visual integration.
In the private areas, the renovation focused on custom cabinetry, lighting design, furniture, and décor, adapting each room to the residents’ needs. One of the bedrooms was reconfigured as a combined home office and guest room, while the other became the couple’s primary suite, with updated finishes and improved functionality. Both the social bathroom and the ensuite were fully renovated, aligning materials, colors, and fixtures with the overall design concept, which prioritizes practicality and visual continuity throughout the apartment.
